The web application allows users to edit smart home devices effortlessly. Through a user-friendly interface, individuals can modify settings and configurations, optimizing device functionality according to their preferences and requirements.

To edit a smart home device, follow these steps and customize the notification status according to your preference.

### Step 1: Select "Smart Home"

Select **"Smart home"** from the dashboard.

Step 2: Settings

Select** "Devices" **from the left-side menu

 You can edit the device's settings by clicking on the **"Settings"** icon.

### Step 3: Edit the Device and Set up Notifications

Click on the **“Edit Device”** section. 

You can change the **device name**, and **add rooms** and **tags **from here.

It is also possible to set up notifications for the device.

Click on the **Save **button after making the necessary changes.
