To reassign a smart home device to a different room, open the smart home app, go to the "**Rooms**" settings, and select "**Device Settings**" for the device you wish to reassign. Choose a new room from the available options or create a new room, and the device will be successfully reassigned, enhancing organization and control.

### Follow the below steps  to re-assign devices from the room:

### Step 1: Select "Smart Home"

Select **"Smart home"** from the dashboard.

Step 2: Select a Device

Select Devices from the left side menu under the smart home section

Click on the  "**Device Settings**" icon to re-assign the device.

### Step 3: Edit Device

Click "**Edit Device**".

### Step 4: Select Another Room

Remove the room from **"Assigned In"** and then click on **"Add New Room".**

### Step 5: Select a room

Select a room from the created rooms or you have the option to create a new room by clicking on **"Add New Room" **to create a new room.  

Select the room from the room list.

### Rooms are Updated 

Rooms are updated once you click on **"Save"**.

 Temperature Sensor has been successfully assigned to room **"Test2"**.
