### There is an alternative method available to regain access to a blocked website.

### Note: 

Upon logging in to your **Xunison Application**, you will be automatically directed to the home gateway. 

To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.

Once you have selected the home gateway, the devices section will become visible.

### Step 1: Parental Control

From the menu on the left, choose the option labeled **"Parental Control."**

### Step 2: Select Supervision

Click on the **Supervision** button from the bottom of the screen to access the Supervision dashboard.

### Step 3: Socials Supervision 

Choose a specific device from **social supervision.**

### Step 4: Unblock the Website

Perform a long press on the social history of a specific device. To unblock, select **"Unblock Site".**

The unblocking of the website has been completed successfully.
