The web application provides the capability to reset the entire smart home to factory settings, restoring default configurations and removing all customizations.

To perform a factory reset on your smart home system, follow these steps, restoring it to its original settings and configurations.

###  Step 1: Select "Smart Home"

Select **"Smart home"** from the Dashboard.

### Step 2: Settings

Select **"Settings"** from the left navigation bar.

Step 3: Factory reset smart home

Choose **Factory reset smart home** and select **Reset**.

A message appears on the screen ***"Are you sure you want to factory reset, your all smart home data will reset?"***

Select ***Yes ***to proceed further.

### Smart Home is resetting


The **Device Excluded **messages indicate that the** smart home devices** are excluded from the gateway.
