An Alternate Way To Unblock A Category
Note: To access the Xunison application, please log in using your registered credentials.
When you log in to your Xunison Application, you'll be taken straight to the home gateway page.
To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.
Once you have selected the home gateway, the smart home devices list will become visible.
From the menu on the left, choose the option labeled "Parental Control."
To access the Supervision dashboard, click on the Supervision button located at the bottom of the screen.
Select "Social supervision".
Choose a specific device that you would like to remove the social category block from.
Perform a long press on the social history of the chosen device, and you will find the option to "Unblock Category."
Proceed to select the "Unblock Category" option.
The unblocking of the category was successful.
