There is an alternative method to remove a Z-wave device from a room.

**Note:**

Upon logging in to your **Xunison Application**, you will be automatically directed to the home gateway.&#x20;

To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.

### Step 1: Devices Section&#x20;

After selecting the home gateway, the **Devices section** will be displayed.&#x20;

From there, navigate to the **Room section** within the smart home by selecting it from the available options.

### Step 2: Exclude the Device

&#x20; Perform a long press on the device you wish to exclude.

### Step 3: Select Device To Exclude

Click on the **"Exclude Device"&#x20;**&#x6F;ption.

### Step 4: Exclude

Select **"Exclude**" and press the pair button thrice on the Z-wave device within **1.5 seconds.**

### Step 5: Exclusion in Process

The device will undergo the exclusion process, which will be completed within a timeout period of **60 seconds**.

The device has been successfully excluded.
