There is an alternative approach to removing** a Z-wave device **from the home gateway.

### Note: 

Upon logging in to your **Xunison Application**, you will be automatically directed to the home gateway. 

To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.

## An alternate way to exclude the Z-Wave device is mentioned below :

### Step 1: Devices 

Once you have selected the home gateway, the **Devices section** will be displayed.

### Step 2: Exclude The Device

Perform a long press on the Z-Wave device, then select the **"Exclude Device" **option.

### Step 3: Exclude

Choose the **"Exclude" **option, then quickly press the pair button on the Z-Wave device **3 times **within a timeframe of **1.5 seconds**.

### Step 4: Exclusion in Process

The device will be excluded with a timeout of 60 seconds.
