Another Way To Exclude The Z-Wave Device

There is an alternative approach to removing a Z-wave device from the home gateway.

Upon logging in to your Xunison Application, you will be automatically directed to the home gateway. To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.



In the device section, perform a long press on the device you wish to exclude, and then select "Exclude Device."



Please confirm by pressing "Yes."



To exclude the Z-Wave device, press the "Exclude" button and then quickly press the pair button 3 times within a 1.5-second timeframe.



After a timeout of 60 seconds, the device will be successfully excluded from the Home Gateway.



The exclusion of the device was successful.



Upon navigating to the Device section, you will observe that the device has been excluded successfully.
