Forgot PIN

You don't need to worry if you've forgotten your Parental Control PIN. Simply access the Settings section from the left menu in the web application and choose the "Forgot PIN" option. This will guide you through a PIN reset process, ensuring you regain control over your Parental Control settings.

Click on "Security" on the dashboard.



Click on the option “Settings” from the side menu.



Click on "Forgot PIN".



Enter your account password to verify the password and click on Check.



Enter the new PIN and confirm the same. Click on "Save".



PIN reset successfully.
