How To Enable The App From ATV?
Navigate to the home screen of the ATV.

Choose the "Settings" icon located in the top right corner of your ATV screen, as indicated in the highlighted area.

Select "Apps" from the General Settings.
Within the Apps section, choose the option "All Apps".
Scroll down in All Apps and you will be able to view the Disabled Apps. Choose the app you wish to enable, then click on it.

Choose the option "Enable".
Select OK to enable the App.
Once the App is enabled, you will have to Reboot the ATV for the enabled command to implement.
Choose the "Settings" icon located in the top right corner of your ATV screen, as indicated in the highlighted area.

Within Device Preferences, choose the "About" option.

Scroll down and select the option "Restart".

Select the option Restart to proceed further.
You can see that the app "Smart Home" has been successfully enabled and is visible on the ATV dashboard.
