How To Send The Wrong Detection of Threats?



Note: To access the Xunison application, please log in using your registered credentials. When you log in to your Xunison Application, you'll be taken straight to the home gateway page To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.

After selecting the home gateway, you'll be redirected to the smart home devices screen.



Go to the left menu and select "Cyber Security."



You can view the cyber security score, total scanned traffic, blocked threats, and devices with threat access.



Select the device from devices list for which you wish to report a false detection.



You can view the list of detected threats.



Perform a long press on the detected threat to report a false positive and confirm by selecting "Yes".



An email will be sent regarding the reported wrong detection.



A false threat alert has been triggered, and an email notification has been sent.
