Parental Control PIN Change

A parental control PIN is a numeric code set by parents to manage and limit their child's access to age-inappropriate content or features on devices such as smartphones, computers, or televisions. It ensures a safer digital environment by preventing unauthorized access and allowing parents to enforce appropriate restrictions and guidelines.

Follow the below steps to access the parental control section :

Navigate to the ATV dashboard and select the Parental Control App.



Click on "Reset PIN" to initiate the PIN reset process.



Enter the account password as a verification measure.



Click on "Check" to verify the entered password.



Enter the new PIN.



Click on "Reset PIN" after entering the new PIN.



Your Parental Control PIN has been reset successfully.
