if you have only one internet service provider (isp) but at the same time you wish to extend your network area range with good speed, then you need atleast two routers we use two types of routers 1\ master router you can recognise prime router by backside of the router there are extra ports like usb ports, hdmi port etc or you can see bottom of the router there is mentioned myhome 2\ mesh router you can recognize mesh router by bottom of the router there is mentioned q50 mesh router there is 2 routers or more first router will become prime router for your kind information i would say two types of routers, master router and mesh router master router has extra feutures you can see back side of the router, like usb port, hdmi port etc but mesh router has only lan and wan port if you have another router device, you can use it to extend your network area first image to show router box here first router and second router box first router setup link will be here how to setup second router step 01 plug power adaptor content will writing in pending how to setup xunison q50 home router? step 01 plug in the power adaptor power adaptor connect one end of the power adaptor to the wall socket and the other end to the back of the router (dc 12v) the led lights will turn blue once the router has been plugged in (within a few minutes) note only the internet led on the router will be red red , and it will turn blue blue after the internet connection is established step 02 hold pair button content in pending step 02 internet connection pre condition for internet connection internet cable called it ethernet cable source of internet connection called it isp network or main internet ensure the internet plan is active in your isp network connect one end of the cable to the connect the other end of the cable to the your router will be successfully connected make sure all led turns blue note you can now access the internet through this router using either wifi or an internet cable for wifi connection, you will find the wifi name and password at the bottom of the router to connect the internet cable, insert one end of the cable into the yellow port of the router and insert the other end into your laptop/pc, etc step 03 click pair botton in first router content in pending step 04 successful content in pending make sure you have everything you need from the box this usually includes the mesh router units, power adapters, ethernet cables, and any documentation or setup guides put image here step 02 choose the primary router the primary router, should have the name 'myhome ax 5300'(which is located at the bottom of the router) this router will be connected to your modem(home internet) and serve as the main gateway to the internet put image here step 03 choose a location decide where you want to place the primary router this should be centrally located in your home for the best coverage put image here step 04 connect the primary router unit plug the primary router unit into a power outlet connect the router to your modem using an ethernet cable plug one end into the xunison router's wan port and the other end into your modem(home internet)'s lan port ensure that the leds on your primary router turn blue once you insert an ethernet cable into a wan port put image here step 05 connect the secondary router place the secondary router in an area where you want to extend wi fi coverage ensure it's within range of the primary router (the distance between primary and secondary router should be 10 15 meters) obstacles are matters in this distence plug the secondary router unit into a power outlet ensure that the leds on your secondary router turn on once you connect the power outlet put image here step 06 configure the secondary router press and hold the pair button on the back of the secondary router for 5 10 seconds the mesh led will start blinking yellow after pressing the pair button put image here step 07 configure the primary router press the pair button once on the back side of the primary router the mesh led will start blinking blue after pressing the pair button put image here please take power adapter, and plug in socket wall and then connect with device make sure the router led light will turn blue; only internet led is red here we need mesh router unit photo here is the process of second router setup because you already setup main router, if you didn't setup prime router then click here on link now here you can setup second router ( mesh router) follow the steps image needed two box of router, master setup images already have so we can put here only master procees link, mesh router unboxing, mesh router pluging image, image of hloding pair botton and mesh led blinking image combined, master router pressing pair bootn and led blinking, image of master and mesh router blinking led combined step 02 press pair button please hold the pair button 3 to 5 seconds which is backside of the device after holding pair button, you can see the below led will blinkinig yellow, it means this router try to find out main internet note make sure your both router distance should be placed between 3mtrs to 35mtrs here is image needed step 03 press the pair button of first router please press the pair button of your first router device, after pressing pair button, you can see below led ligh of this router will blinking blue, it means this router try to find out second router note it will take time to pair with each other device till 5 to 6 minutes needed here iamge please don't change anything before asking me
