How To Set up Mesh Mode?

This section provides information about how to configure a mesh mode.

Important: 1) Connect the main router with the power cable and the Ethernet cable. 2) Connect the secondary router only with a power cable. 3) Keep a minimum distance of 3 to 4 meters and a maximum distance of 30 to 35 meters between the two routers.    

Note: To access the Xunison application, please log in using your registered credentials.

When you log in to your Xunison Application, you'll be taken straight to the home gateway page.

To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.

Once you have selected the home gateway, the smart home devices screen will become visible.

From the menu on the left, choose the option labeled "Router"



To initiate the Mesh pairing process, select "Add Satellite".



Press and hold the pair button on the "secondary router" as depicted in the image for a duration of 10-15 seconds. Afterward, press "OK".



Once the secondary router starts flashing yellow, select "It's Flashing Yellow" as illustrated in the provided instructions.

(Note: If it is not flashing yellow, please proceed with Step 3 of the process.)

The below image demonstrates the process of the secondary router connecting to the gateway.

Choose the Mesh LED color that matches what you observe on the secondary router.

Solid Green: The signal strength is excellent.

Solid Purple: The devices are positioned too closely together. It is recommended to move the device farther apart to ensure optimal network coverage.

Solid Orange: The devices are positioned too far apart. It is advised to move the device closer to improve the coverage. Additionally, please note that the LED will change accordingly.

Flashing Red: The pairing process has timed out, so we will need to initiate the pairing again.

Please take note and select the LED indicator color that is currently displayed on the secondary router.

The setup of the Mesh network has been successfully completed.

Please click on "Exit" to finish.



The Mesh network has been established successfully.



In this section, you can access the speed of the secondary router by tapping on it.
