How To Send Threats Reports For A Particular Device?

Note: To access the Xunison application, please log in using your registered credentials.

When you log in to your Xunison Application, you'll be taken straight to the home gateway page.

To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.

Once you have selected the home gateway, the devices section will become visible.

From the menu on the left, choose the option labeled "Cyber Security".



Choose "Threats".



Select a specific device.

Please note that when a threat is detected, the color of the device icon and the threat count will change to orange.



Press and hold the threat you wish to request a report for, and then choose the "Request Report" option.



Click the "OK" button to confirm.



A message displaying "Success" will be shown on the screen.

Please note that an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
