How To Report The Wrong Detection of Threats?
If you encounter a wrong detection of threats on your Android TV, you can inform the cybersecurity team. Access the Cyber Security app on your Android TV, and you will find an option to send a report regarding false detection. This helps improve the accuracy of threat detection and keeps the team informed.
Follow the steps below to report the wrong detection of threats:
Navigate to the ATV dashboard and select the Cyber Security App.

Choose the "Threats" tab as indicated. Then select "All Devices".
This will provide information on the threats blocked, malicious websites accessed, threat details, attack date and time, as well as the count of threats for all devices.

Choose a specific device from the options provided.
The threat details specific to that device will be displayed.

The threat detection alert can be sent exclusively to a specific device. To report a false detection alert, press and hold on to the detected threat.

The following message will be displayed:
"Are you sure this attack detection is incorrect?". To send the wrong detection alert, choose "YES".

Choose the "Back" button on the remote, and the screen shown below will appear. Select "Close App" to exit from the security section.
īģŋPlease note that you can only send a wrong detection alert for a specific device at a time, and not for all devices collectively. Refer to the screenshot below for clarification.īģŋ
Choose "All Devices" from the list of available devices. If you attempt to perform a long press on the threat detail, a message will be displayed stating "Action allowed only when a particular device is selected."
