Exclude Z-Wave Device

To remove a Z-wave device from the home gateway, please follow the instructions provided below.

Upon logging in to your Xunison Application, you will be automatically directed to the home gateway. To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.



Click on the "Settings" icon located in the upper right corner and continue with the next steps.



Choose the option "Exclude Device."



Click on the "Z-Wave Device" option to proceed.



Choose "Exclude" and rapidly press the pair button on the Z-Wave device 3 times within a time frame of 1.5 seconds.



The process requires a duration of 60 seconds.



You will observe that the device has been successfully excluded.
