note upon logging in to your xunison application , you will be automatically directed to the home gateway to continue, select the home gateway and proceed further an alternate way to exclude the zigbee device is mentioned below step 1 select the device once you have selected the home gateway, the devices section will be displayed step 2 long press on a device perform a long press on the zigbee device, then select the "exclude device" option step 3 confirm click on the "confirm" button to delete the device from the gateway the device is excluded successfully
