there is an alternative method available to restrict or block access to the internet follow these steps to block the internet step 1 parental control select "parental control" from the dashboard step 2 enter pin enter parental pin step 3 parental control dashboard select a particular device from the parental control dashboard for which you need to block the internet step 4 time supervision click on time supervision you will have the option to block a specific device once you click on time supervision step 5 select the particular device from the time supervision click on "is blockable?" and select " yes " and the pop up shows on the screen the limit internet and block internet option are available here the internet has been successfully blocked
