There is an alternative approach to removing a Z-wave device from the home gateway.
Note:
Upon logging in to your Xunison Application, you will be automatically directed to the home gateway. To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.

An alternate way to exclude the Z-Wave device is mentioned below :
Step 1: Devices
Once you have selected the home gateway, the Devices section will be displayed.

Step 2: Exclude The Device
Perform a long press on the Z-Wave device, then select the "Exclude Device" option.

Step 3: Exclude
Choose the "Exclude" option, then quickly press the pair button on the Z-Wave device 3 times within a timeframe of 1.5 seconds.

Step 4: Exclusion in Process
The device will be excluded with a timeout of 60 seconds.
