Another Way to Exclude a Z-Wave Device

there is an alternative approach to removing a z wave device from the home gateway note upon logging in to your xunison application , you will be automatically directed to the home gateway to continue, select the home gateway and proceed further an alternate way to exclude the z wave device is mentioned below step 1 devices once you have selected the home gateway, the devices section will be displayed step 2 exclude the device perform a long press on the z wave device, then select the "exclude device" option step 3 exclude choose the "exclude" option, then quickly press the pair button on the z wave device 3 times within a timeframe of 1 5 seconds step 4 exclusion in process the device will be excluded with a timeout of 60 seconds the device is excluded successfully as shown in the image below
