Another Way To Unblock The Category

Outlined below are the steps provided for an alternative method to restore access to blocked categories.

Upon logging in to your Xunison Application, you will be automatically directed to the home gateway. To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.

Once you have selected the home gateway, the devices section will become visible.



From the menu on the left, choose the option labeled "Parental Control."



To access the Supervision dashboard, click on the Supervision button located at the bottom of the screen.



Choose the social supervision option and select a specific device.



Perform a long press on the social history of a specific device. Then, click on "Unblock Category".



The social category has been successfully unblocked.
