Exclude Zigbee Devices

To exclude a Zigbee device from the home gateway, please follow the instructions provided below.

Upon logging in to your Xunison Application, you will be automatically directed to the home gateway. To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.



Once you have chosen the home gateway, the Devices section will become visible. To access it, click on the "Settings" icon located at the top right corner of the screen.



Choose the option "Exclude Device".



Choose the "Zigbee Device" option.



Select the device you wish to exclude, and then click on it."Exclude devices"



Click on "Yes" on the screen.



The device has been successfully excluded.
