How To Unassign A Device From The Room?

You can easily unassign a device from a specific room in your smart home using your Android TV. Access the settings, navigate to the room section, select the device you wish to unassign and follow the instructions to remove it from the room, providing flexibility and customization in your smart home setup.

Follow the steps below to re-assign the device to the room.

Choose the "Smart Home" app from the ATV dashboard.



Navigate to the smart home dashboard.

Perform a long press on the device you wish to remove from the assigned room. Then, choose "Edit device" from the options presented.



Choose "Remove Assignment".



The device has been unassigned, and a notification message stating "Device assignment changed" is displayed.
