Follow the steps mentioned below to unblock a category.

To access the Xunison application, please log in using your registered credentials.

When you log in to your Xunison Application, you'll be taken straight to the home gateway page.

To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.

Once you have selected the home gateway, the smart home devices list will become visible.

From the menu on the left, choose the option labeled

Choose the device for which you wish to remove the category block.

Please take note that upon selecting a specific device, you will be presented with the Restriction Management Section displayed as depicted below.


The category has been Unblocked successfully.
