Another way to include a Z-Wave device

An alternative method exists for incorporating a Z-wave device into the home gateway. Below are the steps provided to add a Z-wave device into the system:

It is important to exclude Z-Wave devices before inclusion.

Upon logging in to your Xunison Application, you will be automatically directed to the home gateway. To continue, select the home gateway and proceed further.

Once you have chosen the home gateway, the Devices section will be displayed.

From the Devices section, navigate to the Room section within the smart home settings.



 If the room is not created, you will have to create one. Find out more by clicking the below button.



Please select the "Include device" option.





Choose the Z-Wave device from the available options.



Click on the "Search" button and quickly press the pair button on the Z-Wave device 3 times within a timeframe of 1.5 seconds.



Search for a Z-Wave device to include.



The device inclusion is in process with a timeout of 90 seconds.

Note : Blue: Device in pairing mode.

Orange: Setting up the found devices.



The device is included successfully. You can see the "Siren" is added in the image below.



The device will reflect in the Devices section.
